Is the price the same in every city?
Yes — one flat $29.99 trip charge anywhere in our service area, working or not. The only add-ons anywhere are $20 for upstairs pickups and $20 for refrigerator take-apart, so the maximum is $69.99 in every city we serve.
How does scheduling work across the metro?
We bundle bookings by area into a pickup list and run each route once enough stops accumulate nearby. Once we know the day we reach out to confirm someone is available, and the driver texts again when the truck is headed your way.
