Using this site

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and Katy Appliance Removal.

Estimates are not prices

Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer, or a binding price. Figures, ranges and examples on this site are general information only. Every pickup is different. What you actually owe is confirmed with you before the crew loads the appliance, and it is only binding once both sides have agreed to it.

Booking a pickup

Booking puts you on the pickup list for your area — it does not reserve a date or a time window. We bundle stops by area and run the route once enough have accumulated nearby, then reach out to confirm the day and text again when the truck is headed your way. Either of us can reschedule; tell us as early as you can. Payment is due on pickup.

Before the crew arrives

The appliance must be disconnected, and refrigerators and freezers must be completely empty. If the crew arrives and the unit is not ready, or nobody is there to give access, we may have to reschedule the stop.

The chat assistant

The chat window on this site is an automated assistant, not a person. Its answers are general information and are not a quote, an appointment confirmation, or advice. Anything that matters is confirmed by a human before the pickup.

Photos you upload

You keep ownership of photos you send us. By sending them you give us permission to use them to assess and carry out your pickup. We will not publish them without asking you first. Only upload photos you have the right to share.

Our content

The text, photographs, video, logo and design on this site belong to Katy Appliance Removal or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking.

No warranty on the site itself

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every detail is current. This does not affect any warranty we give you in writing for work actually performed.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Katy Appliance Removal is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the removal work we actually perform, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts of Texas.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top.
